By accessing or using the NYTICX website, platform or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user”, “candidate”, “employer”, or “visitor”) and NYTICX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately discontinue accessing or using our platform.

Professional Form-Filling Service*
Where a user purchases a professional form-filling service, NYTICX will assist with the relevant application based on the information and documents provided by the user.
The professional form-filling service is intended to be completed within 72 hours from the successful payment/application request, subject to receiving all required information, documents, OTP verification where applicable, and the availability/functioning of the concerned application portal.

Subscription Plans & Account Entitlements
NYTICX offers tiered digital membership plans designed to provide enhanced access to portal tools, application quotas, and employer networking features. Registered users may access free basic services or upgrade to a paid subscription tier.
Candidate Membership Tiers
Candidate tiers (such as Starter, Plus, Pro, and Elite) grant access to monthly job application quotas, saved jobs allowance, direct recruiter contact visibility (HR email and mobile numbers on eligible tiers), and an ad-free browsing experience.
Employer Membership Tiers
Employer tiers (such as Basic, Professional, and Premium) enable verified organizations to publish vacancies, maintain active candidate searches, and unlock priority "Urgent Hiring" badges to accelerate talent acquisition.
Key Subscription Terms & Entitlement Boundaries
- • Fixed 30-Day Validity: Every paid subscription is valid for exactly 30 calendar days (1 month) from the exact timestamp of verified activation. Quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
- • Single Active Plan Policy: An account may hold only one active subscription per role at any time. Mid-cycle upgrades, downgrades, or stacking multiple plans are not automated online; users must complete their active 30-day term before switching tiers.
- • Immediate Post-Expiry Reversion: Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, all enhanced quotas and features immediately revert to the Free tier. Published vacancies or candidate applications submitted during the active window remain archived in your history.
- • Strict Non-Transferability: Subscriptions are non-transferable and assigned strictly to the individual account holder. Reselling, sub-licensing, or sharing account login credentials with third parties is prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
Payments, Billing & Manual Renewal
All transactions on NYTICX are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateway aggregators (Cashfree Payments). By initiating a payment, you agree to adhere to gateway standards and these billing terms.
Currency & Upfront Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Full payment must be completed upfront prior to the release of plan benefits. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is computed and disclosed at checkout.
Instant Verified Activation
Plan entitlements activate automatically upon verified success response from the Cashfree payment gateway via secure server-side verification.
Manual Renewal Process
Because memberships do not auto-renew, your plan terminates automatically after 30 days. To continue using premium benefits, simply visit the pricing page and complete another one-time purchase.
Voluntary Cancellation
There is no recurring payment to cancel. If you wish to voluntarily surrender active entitlements prior to 30 days, submit a request to complaint@nyticx.com. Early surrender does not qualify for prorated refunds.
