• Candidates appear for the written examination consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions.
• The written examination is of 360 marks and lasts 2 hours.
• Candidates are shortlisted for the interview based on written examination marks.
• The interview carries 40 marks.
• The final merit list is prepared out of 400 marks.
• In case of equal merit, the PDF specifies tie-breaking rules: written examination marks, interview marks, higher postgraduate percentage, then B.Ed./B.P.Ed. marks; if these are also equal, the older candidate is placed higher.
