- Ex-Servicemen for Post Codes 07 and 08: 3 years after deducting military service, subject to the specified conditions.
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years.
- Regular CWC departmental candidates: relaxation subject to having at least 5 years of service left on the application closing date.
- Maximum age after cumulative relaxation: 55 years.
• The general upper age limit is 28 years as on 15 November 2026.
• Candidates should not have been born before 16 November 1998 or after 15 November 2008, both dates inclusive.

Shortlisted candidates for Assistant Manager posts will undergo document verification followed by an interview. Junior Executive candidates will undergo document verification after the online test. Final appointment is subject to eligibility and verification. Merely appearing in or qualifying the examination does not guarantee appointment.
