• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in any Government, PSU or Private Industrial Organisation are not eligible.
• Candidates who absconded from previous apprenticeship training are not eligible.
• Diploma / Graduate candidates must have passed their qualifying examination within 5 years from 18.11.2026 to apply on the NATS portal.
• Candidates must satisfy the prescribed physical fitness standards.
• No employment is guaranteed after completion of apprenticeship training.
• Candidates who absconded from previous apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Official Guideline
Shortlisting will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the respective Trade / Discipline. Eligible local candidates residing within a 16 km radius of Narora Atomic Power Station will receive first preference, subject to reservation criteria. In case suitable local candidates are not available, eligible candidates from other areas may be considered. Tie-breaking will be based on earlier date of birth and then higher Matriculation (10th) marks.
