Educational Eligibility & Age Criteria
Minimum academic qualifications, degree disciplines, and age limits as per notification.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with Accountancy from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto

Age Relaxation Details:
- SC / ST / OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh: 5 years.
- Skilled players of Uttar Pradesh in classified games: 5 years.
- Uttar Pradesh State Government employees, including specified teachers and staff: 5 years.
- Persons with disabilities of Uttar Pradesh: 15 years; maximum age limit 55 years.
- Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers / Ex-Army Personnel of Uttar Pradesh: 3 years plus the period of Army service.
- Eligible Chief Minister Fellowship research scholars: Up to 3 years, depending on completed tenure.
- SC / ST / OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh: 5 years.
- Skilled players of Uttar Pradesh in classified games: 5 years.
- Uttar Pradesh State Government employees, including specified teachers and staff: 5 years.
- Persons with disabilities of Uttar Pradesh: 15 years; maximum age limit 55 years.
- Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers / Ex-Army Personnel of Uttar Pradesh: 3 years plus the period of Army service.
- Eligible Chief Minister Fellowship research scholars: Up to 3 years, depending on completed tenure.
Other Conditions
Preferential Qualification: Territorial Army service for a minimum period of two years or an NCC 'B' Certificate, as mentioned for the relevant posts in the notification.

Important Age Condition: Candidates must have attained 21 years and must not have crossed 40 years as on 01 July 2026. Candidates must not have been born earlier than 02 July 1986 or later than 01 July 2005. For PwD candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years.
Other Condition:
- Candidates must possess all required qualifications by the last date of application.
- Candidates appearing in the examination of the essential qualification prescribed for the post are not eligible.
- Candidates claiming reservation or age relaxation must provide the relevant certificate.
- Candidates claiming reservation or age relaxation in more than one category will receive only one concession, whichever is more beneficial.
- Male candidates having more than one living wife and female candidates married to a person who already has a wife are not eligible unless exempted by the Governor.

Official Guideline
The Commission will conduct the Preliminary Examination at various centres in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates qualifying in the Preliminary Examination will be admitted to the Main Written Examination. Final selection will be based on the total marks obtained in the Main Written Examination.

• Candidates must preserve information and records relating to OTR, fee payment, final submission and corrections.
• Candidates should take a printout of the online application and keep it safe.
• At the Preliminary Examination stage, hard copies of documents and the online application must not be sent to the Commission.
• When asked, candidates must submit a hard copy of the online application along with self-attested copies of marksheets and certificates supporting their claims.
• Candidates must attach the High School or equivalent examination certificate with the Main Examination application for date-of-birth proof.
